How do I get started?

Simple. Email us your drawings, scope requirements, and any project details and we will get straight to work. No lengthy onboarding or complicated process. If you are unsure what to send just give us a call and we will walk you through it.

How much does it cost?

Our standard rate is $95 plus GST per hour. You only get billed the actual hours worked.

How long does a typical estimate take?

Our standard turnaround is 5 business days maximum. We will always confirm the expected delivery time when you send your documents through.

What do I need to send you?

Send through your drawings, scope specifications, and any other relevant project documents you have. Let us know what you need measured e.g. painting only, painting and rendering, full scope and flag any specific requirements. We handle the rest and include all exclusions, notes, and assumptions in the BOQ we deliver back to you.

What types of projects do you work on?

We work across residential and commercial projects of all sizes from small residential paint scopes through to large commercial, health, education, government, and infrastructure projects. If it needs measuring and pricing we can help.

Do you only work with painting and rendering contractors?

Painting and rendering subcontractors make up the majority of our client base but we work with a broad range of trades and subcontractors who need estimating and commercial support. Give us a call and we can quickly confirm whether we are the right fit for your scope.

What is included in the BOQ you deliver?

Every BOQ includes a full itemised quantity schedule, marked-up drawings showing exactly what has been measured, and a notes and exclusions section so you and your client know exactly what the estimate covers and what it does not.

Can you help with more than just estimating?

Yes. Beyond BOQs and takeoffs we also assist with variation preparation and submission, extension of time claims, contract administration, and subcontract agreement review. If you are dealing with a commercial issue on a live project give us a call and we will point you in the right direction.

Yes we are a Queensland-based business with direct experience across the Central and South East Queensland construction market. We service clients across QLD and nationally, and because all our work is delivered digitally we can assist subcontractors anywhere in Australia.
